2. No automatic engagement

Email communication or website use does not create a client, partnership, fiduciary, employment or investment relationship.

3. Project agreements

Scope, deliverables, approvals, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, pricing and liability are defined in the relevant contract.

4. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or misuse content.

5. Availability

The website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without prior notice.

6. Governing law

These website terms are governed by Estonian law, subject to mandatory consumer or other applicable protections.
