1. Website configuration
This website is a static informational website. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, a contact form, newsletter software, wallet connection, embedded media or non-essential cookies.
2. Direct communication
When you contact us by email, we may process your name, contact details, organisation, project information and correspondence to respond, prepare a proposal, assess cooperation or administer a contract.
3. Project-specific processing
Research and pilot projects may involve sensitive information about eligibility, identity, assistance, community attestations, governance or transactions. Such processing is governed by separate project documentation, role allocation, legal bases, safeguards and retention rules.
4. Blockchain and on-chain data
We do not intend to record real personal data directly on-chain. Where blockchain is used, privacy-preserving architecture, data minimisation and off-chain storage are preferred. Public blockchains may make information difficult or impossible to delete.
5. Legal bases
Processing may rely on consent, steps before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests, depending on the context.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with authorised staff, contractors, technology providers, advisers, research or project partners and public authorities where necessary and lawful. Appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers where required.
7. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for communication, contracts, projects, accounting, legal obligations or legitimate archival needs.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent authority.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used. Do not send passwords, private keys, wallet recovery phrases or unnecessary identity documents through ordinary email.
10. Future features
If forms, analytics, wallet connections, payments or other interactive tools are added, this policy and any consent mechanisms will be updated before activation.
